Situated in Noordhoek Farm Village, Cafe Roux is one of the best places for scones! I am a complete sucker for scones, with plenty of strawberry preserves and cream, and the ones they make at Cafe Roux are beyond divine. They also do a darn good cappuccino, with decent sized cups.
